Ponch may be a newer face in Jamestown, Tennessee, but he's already made a name for himself, not just for his incredible pizza, but for the heart he puts into everything he does. A man of God, Ponch believes that good food brings people together, and he’s made it his mission to serve up pies that nourish both body and soul.

Originally from out of state, Ponch moved to Jamestown, TN about six years ago in search of a quieter life with deeper purpose. What he found was a community filled with faith, hospitality, and a love for honest, handcrafted food, just like the kind he makes.
